help, my head unit doesnt work anymore

I have a 2002 Ford Ranger XLT with a stock head unit. While installing my computer and running power lines....i was tapping into the head unit's ignition wire (switch power) for my ITPS (psu is pw70a). Then i tested the computer, but it ddint power on. After poking around with a multimeter, i realized that the iginition wire wasnt providing 12V.

I put the headunit in to see if it is getting power...and it does not work now. The only thing that it does when i plug it in is eject the cd, show the time and then it turns off completely. What did i do that the plug???!?!?!?! How do i fix it??!?! Im so frustated, been working all day to get the wiring in, and now this happens!

if it was a stock head unit, it is possible that there was some form of theftlock (GM uses Delco TheftLoc). Once the power it removed from the headunit with it locked, the headunit will no longer work. If that is the case, you're fukt. There is no fixing it supposidly.
