Xenarc + Bondo + Paint + One night =
Well my friend tried to install a CarPC and ripped his dash apart and then decided to put it on a stand still.
He offered me some cash to help him build his CarPC and so I started his project last week.
Here is the pictures of the screen fabrication which took me one night only. It was the first time I tried. More sanding was needed but I told him to settle for this finish for now until we get the setup running.
Here's the screen taken apart from the bezal:
