HOW TO ? ? Stereo Sound on Kiosk PC
Hey, guys I got my Kiosk PC this morning. Everything seems to be great, though I do have one question. When I run to my stereo I only seems to be getting the left channel of my audio. Is there a jumper or something I need to change in order to get stereo sound?

straight from the kioskinfo file
6) 1/8" audio output jack on end panel is configured to provide one
channel out and microphone input. To configure two channel stereo
output remove riser card and move zero ohm resistor at position
R21 to R20.

can't help you there but i have another question. I noticed some places that lacked pins on the riser, but were labled "sound input" and such. Think there's any chance of soldering up some connectors and getting me a sound input?

yeah, your gonna love this, the resistor in question is located right behind the audio jack on the side with the PCI and ISA slots. It is a discreet resistor so its really really small and nearly impossible to relocate with a soldering iron. Might just be better to use a pci soundcard. Furthermore the sound output from the onboard sound sucks a$$.
