EPIA rebooting! morex 60W and MSI bluetooth dongle?

What if the carPC keeps rebooting upon startup.. as soon as it enters windows right after the "Welcome" blue screen it reboots back to bios.. but it doesnt always reboot.. maybe 50% of the time.

I've narrowed it down to if I do not plug the bluetooth dongle in the USB port, it never happens. It happens occasionally with the bluetooth dongle attached.

What do you think could be the problem?
1 The morex 60W power supply?
2 The bluetooth dongle itself?
3 Windows XP?

btw I run the epia 800 dwith the morex 60W directly from the battery

Sounds like its drawing too much current on the 5 volt buss and taking the system down with it. I know my 60 gig laptop drive wont even run off just the usb on my epia classic (and will sometimes crash it), whereas on my pc and my "M" it works fine. I would say it is defiantely more related to power than software.

I think so too, but then it might be software due to the fact that this happens only occasionally. There's not as much "random variable" in hardware no?

Maybe one day I can afford the "M" and give that a try. But for now I need to solve this problem.
