Post Wouldnt this be a great idea, yea or nay?

How aobut getting one of the Apex dvd/mpe/cd players (http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=315720007), hooking up a 5 inch parts express monitor to it, and plugging it into an invertor and wolla you have yourself a dvd/mp3/cd player with screem for under 450 maybe. I want gps in my car too so this wont work for me but for those who just want mp3 this owuld be the way to do. Plus you could watch movies. or what about the new poratble shinco vcd/mp3 players with built in lcd? (http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=310375265) And also, how the heck is the best way to power an atx board ;p Please answer that too!
