Question 2X20 char lcd, pin 15 neg Volt, pin 16 - NC.. Need help wiring!

I have a crystalfontz 2X20 lcd CFAH2002A-YYH-JPV. Pin 15 says neg voltage out, and 16 is NC (these are for the backlight) , other than that it's just like a standard 2X16... Anyone know how to get this wired properly?
Pin info....
