Thanks for the compliament. Cool thing is, if I cut the
one ziptie that pulls the other four together, I have complete access to work on the unit. As far as the board I used four of the plastic motherboard support posts. You know, the ones that support the center when there is no brass post/screw setup. Put em in and added a little hot glue to keep em there. When I zip tie it all down, the board becomes a solid piece with the screen. I was real scared of the movement, and this worked out to be the best system I could come up with. The velcro is from my first attempt to attach the board to the screen.
Beware, If you attach the velcro to the center portion of the screen, when you start to pull the pcb off, it will pull on the "silver" lining on the back of the monitor, and it does pull out. But, you can slide it back in. So, if you do use the velcro route, make sure your attachment points are on the edge of the screen, not the center.
