Red face Project Plans -- Advice?

Hi All, I'm looking to start my mp3 auto setup and heres what i've got.

Plans for my aging Micron P3 667 to be put in a 12" Subwoofer box, to go directly into two amps on boards betweeen the computer box and my 12" sony sub, is there any special considerations to look into when building in a wood box? Do I have to have any specific grounds?

Also, Its been awhile since I've been on the site, so whats the Current "must have" dc-dc psu? and where can I get the best price on a touch screen (liliput?) to fit in a 99.5 VW double din

Would love any and all advice

PWR supply must be still opus

I would still opt for a in dash lcd. I have a 03 VR6 GTI and I am planning on swapping the double din head unit with a pre 02.5 single din monsoon unit and place an indash screen above the head unit in the spare single din slot.
That is once AUTONODE will release their in dash screens

** HINT ! HINT ! AUTONODE !!! **

Hi, I noticed tha the opus only puts out 150 watts? Is this enough to run LED fans, a cold cathode, dvd slot load, lilliput screen and the p3 667? I seem to remember Keypowers supplys having more juice...maybe i'm wrong

also, for building in a speaker box is there any special grounds I have to make? like for the mobo, etc. thanks
