IDE to USB adapter

I don’t know if this has been mentioned before, but while I was browsing www.cartft.com I found a really cheap IDE to USB adapter for £13.25.
It has no case which is perfect for custom solutions.

That looks pretty nice. It's got some potential. My only thought... Is it USB1.1 or 2.0... The site only says USB...
