How does it cool? Do you pass liquid or cold air through the pipe or what?

A quick explanation of heatpipe theory can be found
here
What you achive with the heatpipe is that you transfer the heat generated by your CPU to the condenser side of the heatpipe which could be inside for example an A/C duct. That would be neat!
