4 channel DVR - CCTV - USB - SDK -- Options?

i know its pci, and probably no sdk, but look at the price of this:

im going to plug it in to a NANO board.. (one of these.. years..) and it only has one Mini PCI so that wont work for me.

that is dirt cheap tho, but his english scares me
