Ya know...if I hadn't already run all the wire and installed all my own buttons and such....I would have bought this...

hmm...i like that, i might have to think about putting down the $10 and getting one, thanks for the good post.

If for nothing else you can use it to install your own buttons, and just use the extended wires with jumpers already on the ends.

Any way to get this to work with the Opus auto startup/shutdown?

possibly if you splice the opus wires for the start up and those two startup wires. That is if the only thing that the opus does is short the connection to boot (i dont know, i dont have an opus..yet).

I would assume that is how they work though

I think it is a good idea to put the power on the OPUS switch, just in case you want to start your car without the PC...
