PC Not Shutting down

Any one have any suggestion my epia M10000 is not shutting down or resetting every time u go to reset or shutdown it does all the process but than when it says windows are shutting down on the blue screen it stays there ...

any suggestions

Sorry about i am using windows XP with service peck 1 and installed all the drivers for the motherboard of the cd that came with it hmmm that is about it...

Did you install newer video drivers for epia? Try using oler drivers from cd that came with your mobo. That's where I had problems with shutdown/ hibernate

ah i mean blue screen as in whne u shutdown or reset u get like a blue screen where it says the computer is shuting down not actually blue screen like with errors ..
