Requirements:
Intel® Pentium® 4/III/II/Celeron™, AMD® K6/Duron™/Athlon®/Athlon XP® or compatible with PCI bus 2.2 configuration boards. (3.3V interface only)

I couldnt get the link to work, but perhaps the board doesnt support the pci 2.2 spec?

Make sure the card is seated correctly. One of the bad things with PCI is you can't lock it down as you can with AGP.

Did you change the bios to PCI video card before installing the card?

I found out the same thing with an agp card, went to plug it into a newer mobo, and....grunt, push, tug, yank, wouldnt fit! Seems the old card wont physically fit the new agp connector. Grrr.

To bad they didnt do that with the pci express, it would make it painfully obvious that it wanst meant to work if it wont plug in.
