Updated Epia M BIOS to I0100116.bin

I just updated my Epia M bios to I0100116.bin. Version 16 supports resume from AC power loss. I had this setting set to 'off' but the mobo would startup immediately when power was applied. I had to change the setting to 'on' then 'off' again in order to get the mobo to not startup when power is applied. Hopefully this will resolve the standby resume issue my system is plauged with.
