Sound Blaster Live 24-bit 7.1 Audigy Sound Card

Ok i want a card with 5.1 surround at least so that i can have full balance and fade controls through my pc.. im removing my HU and using an external amp to power my speakers...

i just want an opinion on this sound card, because i need to get this project finished so i need a soundcard

I would suggest the AudioTrak low profile PCI sound card. It comes with the bracket - unlike most cards - and is based off of the Via ENVY 24PT chipset. 100SB S/N Ratio.

I was considering the SB Live card - and technically it is a slightly better card for slightly cheaper money, but they don't include the damn bracket. Also there is no industry standard optical out (just an expensive propriatary Creative labs jack that requires a pricey adapter).
