More mobo comparisons.. SP13000 vs MII12000

So yeah, I've decided to upgrade my via mobo. Specifically I'm going to get that OPUS case and take advantage of dual PCI slots (thanks to the dual PCI riser included with that case). I am however undecided on a couple things. First, the MII12000 sounds soooo useful because of the PCMCIA slot (use for wifi), and then that would allow me the 2 pci card slots for video card and sound card. However, the SP13000 looks to be more powerful overall. I'm not too concerned with onboard audio or video performance since I'd be using pci based video and audio.

Those of you that are in the know, and specifically those of you that have used both pretty extensively, would I be disappointed in performance of the SP13000 over the MII12000? I"m currently using an M10000 so I figure anything will be better. I just want to spend my money in the right place.

Thanks all.

Oh and my primary goal for doing this is upgraded audio, and freeing up the USB bus.. currently I have like 7 usb devices and would be able to free up 3 of those slots if I were to upgrade the mobo and possibly use all onboard PSU powered usb isntead of using my usb 2.0 hub.

Well I think I've decided on the MII12000, seems like there would be more expandability since I don't anticipate using the onboard sound or video. Any thoughts or suggestions from the MII12000/SP13000 owners?
