I have another model of rearview LCD and for a mirror it sux, the LED is OK though. On mine it appears that they used a shiny window tint for the mirror, which is useless in dim light. Unfortunately there is no easy way to check these out before you buy, but the pics can sometimes give a clue. Just an FYI before you buy. The models with the offset mirrors may be better, mine has a centered dispaly.
