Yes, you can, although I don't know how much of an impact it will make.
I suggest running MSCONFIG and removing anything unnecessary from startup.
You can also go into Services and shut off services you dont need/use.
If you disable enough unused stuff, you could likely shave 5sec off your hibernate time. No guarantee, though
