Red face can you use a laptop screen for a mp3car setup?

is this possible? If so how?
can you use the whole laptop instead of removing the screen?

Hmm

I'm using a old 9.5" toshiba laptop screen in my car and controlling it with my EM-586. I don't think it's very pointless.

How to control it?

Do you have an EM-586? Or do you need a controller. If you have an EM-586 you can wire it up to the lcd. I'm still waiting on the pinouts from toshiba so I can hook it up.

That should have been "I'm using a old 9.5 inch toshiba laptop screen in my car and will be controlling it with my EM-586. "

Haven't got it working, yet

I got mine on ebay. You might want to email ebayverochka@hotmail.com to see if he can get any more boards.
