Ibiquity has developed a reference design HD radio receiver similar to the XM Direct and Sirius Connect.

While I'm at it...

Kenwood and Eclipse both have HD tuners @ $400, although the Kenwood tuner is getting hard to find.

Alpine will be releasing theirs in Feb. for $250

Still spendy, but getting better.

HD receivers will receive analog AM/FM but I don't know about RDS
