Small for factor, supports AMP sempron uP, nice nvidea onboard video, 2 PCI slots, SATA2, Audio, etc... And I have only read good review about it. I know this is the one I am getting.

Couple this with a AMD sempron 3400+ 2.0Ghz (~60W power consumption), and you got a mean machine.
Does anybody use this motherboard?

Only if you can find a DC-DC PSU to handle requirement.

The 160W M2 power supply should be fine with this mobo, the processor is not power hungry, that's why I chose the AMD sempron (~60W).

depends on how many peripherals you have. I have an amd mobile 2800+ (35w) and i can overload my m2-atx with everything installed. Luckily i have the OPUS POL on the way.

Not too many peripherals, I have 1 SB audigy2 PCI, 1 3.5'' 7400RPM HDD and 1 laptop DVD/CDROM drive. That's all I am going to put in there. If power becomes an issue, I will consider getting a second PS.
What are your CARPC specs? And what is OPUS POL?

Honestly i didnt expect the m2 to power this stuff and it actually came quite close. i've got all listed in my sig, one laptop HD, one full size HD, and about ten more combinations of usb devices and hubs. The OPUS POL is a 15 watt "add-on" power supply you can set to regulate 5v and power your usb devices from. Takes 15 watts off the full load of the m2. If your not gonna be adding any more drives or usb devices you'll be fine.

Nice find. I'm seriously considering getting rid of my mini-itx mobo and replacing it with this one. The trouble is that I would definitely have to buy a new power supply. The Opus 90W isn't going to cut it.
But the Biostar should be able to do 800x480, which is a BIG bonus!

It's huge. Nuff said.
Let's just agree this is incredibly subjective, you can't expect to say it's perfect and have everyone agree.

My problem with "this perfect board" is its big and has too many pci slots, you can get mobos with only one pci and one agp slot with onboard video / sound / lan that are physically smaller

How would you hook those 2 PS together?

they dont really get hooked together. I mean you can splice the power ground and remote to the m2atx but one doesnt feed another. My POL will power a powered hub and maybe something else thats low amperage
