Epia 800 or FV24 w/ P3 800

I usually cringe at topics like this (uh duh), but I have two of basically the same. Is the Epia 800 processor the exact same thing as a P3 800 or not? The FV24 board use the same chipset (I think), and boards are similar in size. I have both and could do either. Whats your opinions?

I had a sv 24 with a few difrent chips in it from a cele 600 up to a cele 1100
Now i have a epia 800
and the sv24 is 10 times beter just cause its so much faster.
The epia 800 is like a p2 400 or so in speed i rekon.

FV24 has bad brand capacitor on the motherboard. It is a know issue.
If you putting it into car, make sure you change all the capacitors.
