Adjusting Volume on Turtle Beach Roadie

I just bought a Turtle Beach Roadie, and I am having trouble controlling the Audio on it. All drivers are installed correctly.

While in Frodo player i cant adjust or mute the volume. Frodoplayer reads 0%... I understand that frodoplayer adjusts the volume directly and I think thats where the problem is. Because Adjusting the volume in Itunes works, but it only effects Itunes music...

Its kinda confusing I hope everyone understands my problem and how to fix it... thank you.
