I've been waiting for something like this.

If you have the 5v add-on, can you run the wire to both a powered USB hub and a USB sound card like the Audigy2?

In essence I want 19v to the AOpen miniPC, 12v to my Xenarc and the 5v rail running to both a 4-port powered USB hub and an external sound card. I think I remember reading that the 5v rail can support both - just making sure...

Yes, if your USB devices are not too power hungry (ie WiFi card). The Audigy 2NX takes about 1.8 amps. The P5V can supply about 3 amps. You should have about 1.2 amps for your USB hub + its connected devices.

Just to make sure...

10 gauge wire from P1900 to battery and ground should suffice (If I calculated correctly) w/16 gauge running to everything else. Or does the power/ground running to the miniPC need to be > 16? The run will be a max of 4'.

You should be OK with 16GA if you runs are ~4ft.
