Has anyone used that? How's the reception compared to other devices... home stereo, car stereo etc.

Thanks,
SuperAJ

I have one of those. It seems to work okay. Reception is acceptable. I'm not using it in my car though because I decided to go with a WinTV card with an FM tuner on it. I have to warn you though that the DSB-R100 is a discontinued product and support is pretty minimal. On Windows XP it's a little quirky. It does wierd things if you have Speech Recognition enabled while using it.

there used to be a product called 'wizard radio' (might have been renamed for the local OZ market tho) a few years back that worked on the serial port. and I remember having some source code to change stations/get reception quality etc....

if anyone knows where to source on of these that would be great. I think it would be just as good and less 'quirky' than a USB radio system.....
