Where to place my screen.

I own a ford fiesta zetec-s and I have very min space to place my 7" touch screen, now I want it in the center if poss but still want to keep my sony flip down, I was thinking of taking it apart and making something so I can slide it out and up just above my head unit. (there isnt much space so a moter version is no good) the ribon cables are very short to do much with

Has anyone here seen anyone place a screen in a fiesta or seen it done? I just need some ideas, I have a 7" Lilliput

The paintwork's a bit too shiny for my liking but it's a great fabrication job

sorry for the slow reply, I have the old shape Fiesta as shown in the images below but its not my car the image as I havent taken any pictures yet.

I will have to take some picture of the dash but I have been looking into having it to slide oput above the radio, so with this I have had to start making my own new housing for the screen
