Does anyone know if Nokia PC Suite Will Work With The Packard Bell Fast Media Remote?

Will the Nokia PC Suite work with the IR receiver of the Packard Bell Fast Media Remote? Like can I use the IR receiver to send ring tones from my computer to my Nokia 3360 Phone?

You can just get an IR header for your motherboard, or make one yourself...

I know I have a schematic of one around somewhere, but I can't find it right now...A search should turn it up.
