bmw ibus / stereo bmw e46

Hi,

Before i get rid of my head unit altogether and go with an amp... am thinking of relocating it into glove box

If i use a car2pc adaptor to run into cd changer ibus/audio would it be possible to use an alternitive ibus port (Dont know where they are other than the cd changer) to control the steering wheel controls/windows etc using Rolf Resellers ibus kit (The car2pc steering control isnt capable of sending/recieving any other ibus commands) .

have found an answer to this from in indash forums, and for reference the answer is yes, the trunk ibus port will still work...
