What does the blue screen tell you? What does the system log (eventvwr.exe) tell you ?
My CN-10000 does not have problems hibernating, so it could be some extra hardware you have installed.
BTW: Can you run all 3D tests in dxdiag with your board ?

I don't see any hints in the event log. The blue screen is caused by Windows trying to read data from the virtual memory file on your hard disk. Specifically the Windows file system driver (NTFS.sys) crashed while reading paged (=saved) memory data.
Couple of things to try:
- install the latest Hyperion Pro drivers you can find on Via's website
- alter the BIOS settings with regards to your hard disk (disable UDMA, block transfer, etc.)
- try a different hard disk
- try a different memory stick (or at least remove one if you have two)
BTW, thanks for the dxdiag check!

-I'll try latest Hyperion
-I'll try BIOS manipulating if hyperion fails
-I Don't have more HD to try it on
-I tried 2 differents RAM sticks, 512 Kingston and 1024 Geil and nothing changes
Thanks for your answers!

Are you overclocking the FSB or memory?
Since you don't have another HD, try this: Disable hibernate, hit Apply, then enable it again. That will reallocate the file in a new spot in the off-chance that there's a disk error in that spot. You should also defrag first so that it's contiguous.

good that you've eliminated the RAM as culprit. Just to be on the safe side: after trying the new Hyperion, change BIOS settings to "Fail-safe defaults" and to "Optimized defaults" if both fail (*) we can then look at your hard disk. Disable hibernation as Curiosity said and run diskcheck (thorough scan & fix) followed by defrag. Enable hibernate again afterwards.
If you still see the same issue reinstall WinXP (not nLite please) and select NTFS _normal_ format during setup.
(*) Apparently some of VIAs "fail-safe defaults" are not as fail-safe as their "optimized defaults"...

Hyperion didn't work
Change optimized and failsafe...didn't work
Disable-enable Hibernation didn't work
So..I'm trying to install XP in an USB HD.
WTF....I can't install into a USB HD, another blue screen during instalation :'(
