CarPC to bose stock system in 350z

Here is my issue I am still not getting. I am wanting to use the stock bose system and my carputer. How can I go from my carputer to my bose stock system and use either aux or xm input's on my stock system to listen to my carpc music? Also is there any soundcard for a carPC that is 'perferred'? I have read all the faq's and am still not understanding how I am going from my carpc to my car? since there is no RCA inputs on the PC or anything.

So I bought
3.5mm 1/8' Mini Plug to 2 RCA Jacks Y Adapter 6 inch
Pac AAI-NIS2 - Nissan and Infinity Audio Input AAI NIS2

The AAI-NIS2 will go to the stock bose system, the y adapter will go into the Sound card then will have rca cables going between the 2, correct?
