Use composite video input and forget about touchscreen control.

Can you hack hardware?
You could open the unit up, figure out the touchscreen signals, pass them to a serial or USB port, and then code drivers to have them work for a PC.

Good luck with that.

Even after all that work, it still going to be a fuzzy picture.

The touchscreen shouldnt actually be too hard. If you cant make your own hardware, then you can buy a generic 4wire or 5wire resistive USB controller, splice the touchscreen ribbon and send it to the computer. I will most likely work, but at $50 just for the controller, to end up with a "maybe" and a definate fuzzy image, it is not worth it.

Any PC with a serial (USB or DB9) port will work with bluetooth.

Not specific enough. You mean a car PC with built in bluetooth? That is trivial. Or do you mean an in dash stereo system with bluetooth?

If the latter, try a forum that deals mainly in car audio. If the former, there are several beginner kits for sale in the mp3car.com store. All can have bluetooth installed easily.
