mp3 autogain realtime software

i being searching all the time but i can't find software that does auto gain on the mp3 on realtime.
So it doesn't change the mp3 but just change the outputlevel less or more.
Does that exist?

thx, i already found mp3gain on google but i need a program that does it in realtime.

If a mp3 is played i need a program that boost up the volume or decrease the volume of the mp3.
If such a program doesn't exist i gonna use mp3gain to change the output level.
i hope that mp3gain doesn't damage my mp3 files.

Well if you have another sound card, then you can use something like this: http://www.soft3k.com/Auto-Volume-Control-p6057.htm

I am sure there is a software only solution, but at least that is for something will work, albeit not elegantly.
