Hi everyone, I need to know the name of the program or plugin thats been used here to run the emulator within centrafuse.

My best guess is that it's an SNES emulater (a program that plays super nintendo games on the computer). There are a bunch of SNES emulators around, but the most popular one (I think) is ZSNES:

How does one embeded in centrafuse? when I addes as an application on CF it plays in a new window.

I do not know how to embed applications in CentraFuse (never used that front end). Try posting that same question in the Centrafuse sub-forums. Or better yet, do a search for it first and then post the question.
