Oh boys, at my place, they "just" complete roll over to XP. There are users still using win95/98 and refused to update simply because their software only run on XP.

I tried VISTA on my media center, and it was great until I tried to play all my DivX and ripped movies (especially all seasons of Star Trek Voyager). The quality of all the videos was so bad, even the sub titles looked like $h!t. I am now in the process of reinstalling 2005 Media Center. I origianlly went to VISTA because it can control my Dish Reciever with no issues, but honestly I dont use the Dish through the Media Center since my slingbox can control 2 devices anyways. i dont think anyone will ever make a good codec pack for VISTA since people know VISTA is going to be replaced in a short time. VISTA is basically a money grabber until MS can come up with a true new OS to beat XP. As said in previous posts, VISTA is the new Windows ME, simply something to get money, then kill the OS and make people spend more money to buy the better one.
