Hello:
I have bad experience with www.digitalww.com
I made an order , and the status is payment received 14 days ago.
many mails from my side and not a single reply.
any one tried that site before? |

with the same situation , payment received and no shipping.
I think you have to make clear announcement about that. |

If you paid with credit card, simply submit a charge back request through your credit card company and they will give you the money back. I seriously doubt he will dispute the charge since he never sent you the item. I would avoid that site 100%. i thought MP3car was bad, but compared to digitalww, their angels.

if you paid with paypal, make a request to get your money back and you will. I did the same and he sent me a used screen, but i still got the money back.

Understand that many mp3car.com members (myself included) have done business with DigitalWW and have had no problems whatsoever.
Honestly, I think it's sad to see his business decline. I hope it's a simple matter of "typical Armen" being swamped with business to the point that he loses track of communications with customers.
The experiences expressed here don't seem like "typical Armen", though.

i always use Amex on any online payment. Amex is great about these types of things
