Someone with knowledge with front ends

I've watched this guy's YouTube video of his carputer install in a 350z...what front end is he using and how the hell did he get NES working? thanks ...I am looking on doing a very similar install thanks http://youtube.com/watch?v=rROfdnrenzY

And more than likely just an NES emulator like nesticle or something similar.
