Post Software to use for mp3 player

What software is most commonly used for in-car mp3 players? I found DAMP for DOS which looks Ok, and with the mp3 player running on a DOS system the system can get snapped on and off as you please.

What do you all recommend for a minimum system?

Ok, I found the Software section. I think a DOS system sounds best.

Cool

I use the Win95 kernal running a custom player based on Windows Media Player. I control the player through a VB app that uses the ActiveX interface. Right now, it uses flat text playlists. Within the next few days, it will be running an Access database and playlists will then become SQL commands.
