Need a carpc case which can fit 3.5" hard drive and dvd Rom

I need a car Pc Case which can fit 3.5" hard drive and dvd rom. I have a m2-atx power supply thanks.

My only limitiation is that i want an extremely light and small case as my mother will have to bring it from usa to Pakistan.

It all depends on the rest of the hardware you intend to run. What formfactor is the motherboard? miniITX? microATX?
Do you have or need any PCI cards?
I would look at HTPC cases or a cube-style case, perhaps.

Here are my detailed spec's:

3.5 inch hard drive
3.5 inch dvd rom
m2-atx power supply

Just need as small as possible pc case

You haven't answered any of the questions, really.
You need a whole PC case, right? Well, the PC is more than just a HDD, power supply and optical drive. If that's all you have, then carry it all in the original packaging and be done with it.

For a PC case, you need to know the formfactor of the motherboard. KNowing the CPU is helpful also, as some CPUs require more cooling than others, and you would need room in the case for a CPU cooler as well as adequate airflow to bring in cooler air and exhaust warmer air.

And, for the record, optical drives (CD, DVD, Blu-ray) are 5.25", not 3.5".

Detailed Pc Specifications:
Sorry accidentally edited out motherboard information from the previous post. However.
Intel D945GCLF mini-ITX Atom 1.6Ghz Motherboard
3.5" hard Drive 500 GB WD
5.25" Dvd Rom (Normal Desktop Type)
512 MB Ram (Regular Profile)
M2-Atx Power Supply.
