Rear view camera mounting location.

I have a 1998 GMC Savana conversion van in which I intend to install a rear view camera. Which would be a better location, top, bottom, or middle?

trader007 can only hope to improve
top middle facing down seems to be the best... it gives you an angle on the shot, so you get some depth perception.
