Unhappy Simple AM Radio

I'm looking for a way to have an AM radio connected to my computer. I've looked everywhere for an USB radio, but the one that worked (dlink ) is nowhere to be purchased.
I've got everything else going sd, dvd, gps...etc but what about a simple am radio tuner?

I think your best bet is to get the Visteon HDZ300 or Directed DMHD1000 HD Radio (cheapest on eBay), plus mitchjs's serial cable to control it ($24 free shipping). It's a little more money, but you get AM/FM analog and HD radio. The popular front ends support it, displaying artist and song title, etc.

no hd for me

There is no HD radio on my side of the mountains. That's why just an am radio will due. It seams like the dlink device is nowhere to be bought and the radioshark is just crap.
