Ok, so I know this might not be the forum to discuss this topic but after looking through other places on the web, I felt i should resort back to where i believe the smartest people can help me. I have the Iphone Edge and I have downloaded the new 3.1 firmware. I have no idea how I would go about jailbreaking this firmware version. I have figured out i need to downgrade to the 3.0 version, but i dont know whats going on and can't seem to do this right. Can you someone please explain to me how to Jailbreak this phone?

me and my now-locked updated 3.1 iphone can help you with this(for sale by the way...)

once you update to the 3.1 software, your done trying to jailbreak it...the 3.1 update removes all of the loopholes that were used to jailbreak/unlock the iphone, it also updates the bootloader(the part that controls everything)-- so you can't go back to 3.0, or jailbreak it, possibly never again... and for those that are thinking of updating their jailbroken iphone:

USE ONLY A CRACKED 3.1 UPDATE!!!! DO NOT USE THE 3.1 UPDATE FROM APPLE!!!!
