Post Pardon My Absence...

My other favorite hobby (riding my Banshee at Glamis) has been under attack from the Sierra Club and the Center for Biological Diversity (aka Eco-Nazis). For any Americans who are fed up with the use of tax dollars to close public lands off from the public, please sign the following petition: www.petitiononline.com/glamis/petition.html
and please forward it to any one you may know who would also sign it. And please, if you don't live in California or Arizona, consider signing it anyway. President Clinton's Roadless Initiative is more of the same. If Al Gore is elected, he will also pursue the Roadless Initiative, which means no more ATV's buggys, 4x4s, snowmobiles, mountain bikes, horeses, etc, in the National Forests.
If you don't know what Glamis is, here are a few links: www.glamisonline.org www.cvistock.com/glamis/index2.htm http://www.geocities.com/Baja/Ravine/2764/ (My brother's page, some of the pics are of me)
For those about to join the fight to help save public lands, thank you, please drop me an e-mail if you do sign the petition, I would greatly appreciate it!

Down with the republicans. But seriously, do we have to make this board political? If you really want to get into it, both canidates are moderates, same with the president. So does it make any bit of a difference if they're republicans or democrats? Not really.

It isn't the candidates party affiliations I'm most concerned with, its the unwarranted attacks on a portion of the population that angers me. Who knows where the next attacks will occur, maybe Al Gore will try to take the Internet away (not that I think he'd have much success).

he said he took the "initiative in creating the internet". I'm kinda sick of hearing this straw man fallacy. If you don't know what that is.. don't ask .
