Is this the same gutterslide that is part of this forum? pretty cool. Not sure if I would ever do this to such an old radio, but it sure is neat. Reliving your 80's I guess?!?!

You probably wouldn't find much room in a newer boombox. The old 80s banger idea is great! I'd drop in some new good car audio speakers and maybe switch out some other components... hot.

yah, that's my box.

it was on gizmodo and slashdot, and now i might get an article in BPM Magazine, a DJ scene/music lifestyle magazine.

i'm very surprised and pleased by all the press. i want to thank all you guys for adding to my inspiration. especially DodgeCummins. his in-dash install got me to thinking about what all i could do with my stylistics. i still have plans to put one in my dash, as well.
