How should i install this?

ok ... this kind of continous from my other thread but i want to get kind of a definitve from ya'll.

here is my dash:

(sorry not the best close up) its a 99 camaro.
The touchscreen will fit for the most part (once out of its case) ... their is a SLIGHT fitment issue .. but i think it willl be fine.

So i figure my options are these:

1) Remove radio and install the touch screen flat on there.
2) Remove radio and install in dash housing with small dvd player above it.

3) Remove radio and install the touch screen flat on there.
Also remove AC controls and install aftermarket radio there, putting ac controls in center console.

4) Remove radio and install in dash housing with small dvd player above it.
Also remove AC controls and install aftermarket radio there, putting ac controls in center console.

I am a bit more partial to 3 & 4.
What do you all thing?

I vote for #4. I like in-dash housings because you can angle and rotate the screen.

I have a 02 Z28 and the AC controls use it all. Fan speed is electric, Temp is cable, zones are vacuum control. What size screen are you going to use? I have the 8" Lilli to try to fit in that area. Mod time!
