Anyway, the guy on the phone, I'll call him Dickhead, answers and here is how the call went: Not verbatium, but you get the idea.

so, you see, not only are they not to be trusted, if and when you do get through on the phone, you will be treated like you are a complete moron, and should be thanking them for the nice merchandise they send you.
It is my opinion that this website is operated by a couple of faceless, nameless ****-for-brains dickchops that think it is funny to dick people over.
They want you to belive that they operate out of an office in Vermont, as well as Canada, but that is only an MBE box, nothing more.
