DO NOT order from there. I just saw a thread about them but can't remember where. I do remember that there are tons of negative reviews about them on resellerratings.com

I would rather drill a hole in my finger and pour battery acid in before dealing with that *** munching, monkey nut sucking, rotten crotch pad of a "business" again.
ya, they kinda suck.
go to ripoffreport.com and look them up.
they make a sewer full of dead cows smell good!

Me...." well, Dickhead, first the unit is very dirty, second, all the wires for the power inputs have been cut, stripped and have leftover electrical tape on them"

Dickhead..."I see. Is this from you installing the unit into your car?"

Me..."no, Dickhead, it arrived this way."

Dickhead..." We only sell new merchandise, so any dirt or damage or signs of installation must be from you or your installer"

Dickhead..." Are you trying to return the item because you connected the power wires the wrong way and damaged the unit?"

ME..."no, Dickhead, I just opened the box, looked at the garbage you sent, and after wasting 3 days trying to email you, I called"

Dickhead..."I see. So, how long was the unit in your car before you had problems?"

Me.. " listen dip****, I did not install the monitor, I simply opened the box, saw the pig vomit you call a new monitor, and boxed it back up to return"

Dickhead..."So, was it your installer who caused the problem, or did the problem occur after you left the stereo shop?"

Me... " What the hell are you talking about, Dickhead?, the unit was NOT installed" "now give me an RMA, so I can send the diaper full of runny baby **** you call a monitor back to you"

Dickhead..." you need to call the manufacturer for any waranty claim"

Me..."drop dead, asswipe" click. (me hanging up)

so, you see, not only are they not to be trusted, if and when you do get through on the phone, you will be treated like you are a complete moron, and should be thanking them for the nice merchandise they send you.

It is my opinion that this website is operated by a couple of faceless, nameless ****-for-brains dickchops that think it is funny to dick people over.

They want you to belive that they operate out of an office in Vermont, as well as Canada, but that is only an MBE box, nothing more.

I guess I got the last laugh though. I called Visa, disputed the charge, won, via Visa's "if you ain't happy, just *****. we will screw the merchant and give you your money back" policy.

bottom line....they still suck. don't buy from them. and if you do, don't say you weren't warned.

Wow, sorry to hear you went through all that. You guys saved me from going down this hell hole!

My only dilemma is waiting for Armen to get stock in for his in-dash unit. The display is the only piece of hardware needed for my Carputer project. Guess I have to be patient.

LOL ahahahahahhaahhaahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, thats toooo funny. dont get me wrong, that sucks for you, but hey at least you made it sound funny =/ ive had bad experience with some pice of **** ebay seller, bought 2 audiobahn subs, they bunrt up, told me to box it up and send it back for repair, and now i cant hear from them. and ebay is in on it i swear they are! i contact ebay and they treat you worse than ******* AOL customer service, act like its my fault, say that the number is valid, i call it and get disconnected messages. But for ebay to give me a valid number, i have to give them the auction ID, but for me to have a valid auction id, it has to have been less than 3 months ago. its been 3 months and they say its no longer valid. i contact ebay and they say, give me auction number, so i tell ebay and all their sellers to go **** themselves with their keyboards because im tired of talking to a automated ******* computer response. and you know what ebay sends me? a message saying have you tried contacting the seller, if its been less than 3 months give me your acution id number? OHH, and on top of that, they send me this gay *** piece of **** customer services survey, they ******* survey couldnt even have possibly supplyed me with enough room to make someones day at work hell. GRRRRRRRRRRR anyways, yea, that sucks

well, i ordered the monitor(b4 reading the reviews)..works nicely....even new. supports 800/600....
though i find 848/480 better...i sent them an email asking for an exchange... becasue i wanted a drop down screen they had in stock ...and just buy a liliput....they replied promptly.....maybe i got lucky?...screen is good if using he via epia-m10000 tv out like i have i can even read the 8 font letters...though 12 is good

you think that was bad, try resolving an issue with paypal.
when I have an hour or so to type, I will post that email/phone conversion with a female from their "customer service dept.". I will be refering to her as "see you next tuesday"
