Still No Tv Out Help Please

Will someone please help me I am using a VIA EPIA-1000 MOTHERBOARD,IN Bois I SET THE DISPLAY TO lcd AND RESOLUTION IS SET TO 800x600...I AM NOT GETTING RCA VIDEO OUT???? Can somebody please tell me step by step how to fix this. My system works great and this is my only problem. PS my color Quality is set to 32 bit....
