Post Web site software for MP3 site

I am mostly finished with my Mp3 player and wanted to set up a website. I don't know anything about how to do this and don't own any website design software. Can someone please let me know if there are any decent free programs out there which are easy to use/learn?
Thanks

Cool

Notepad . Seriously, just pick up a tutorial on HTML and us Notepad. HTML is easy as hell, and Notepad is quite free. Plus, you'll learn something in the process.

I was looking/hoping for something that would allow me to maybe cut and paste or something. I'm in training for my job and don't have that much free time right now to try to learn how to write software. But, one of the reasons I started consructing my MP3 player was to learn about everything. So I will definitly take your advice in about three months when I'm done. Do you know of anything that I could get started sooner with?

See if you have Frontpage 2000 or Frontpage Express on your computer. They seem to install with just about any MS program.

Microsoft Word 2000 (And maybe 97) will do it for ya also. Just save it as an HTML file when you're done.

Another one I like is Namo Web Editor. It is shareware so you only have 20 days to build your website!

html is nowhere near "writing software". It's much more akin to using some of the more advanced features on this board.

I'd seriously suggest just doing it in text, or the Word idea if you must have your hand held.

Or, if you have absolutely no interest in learning anything and would rather just put a page up, Geocities has a java webpage maker is rather slick for just putting up a basic page that isnt half bad. But since you have frontpage express i suggest you use that.

Yes I prefer the real lazy method of using yahoo/geocities.
