digitalwww (i don't understand)

Hello,

Four days ago, I made a one order online of a Liliput Touch Screen In Dash and I write e-mails to the section of sales, asking on the time of delay so that the order arrives at my house.

After not receiving answer, I know east forum and they say to me that in the single company a person works and who there is to wait for much.

If they have as much work they would have to say it in its page Web to decide if to buy or not to buy. I only request that www.digitalww.com responds to its clients, because it does not seem normal to me what they are doing. Also I wrote an email to the direction of ARMEN, but I have not received answer either.

Now I not that to do, because already I made the payment by credit card and as they do not answer to me, I do not know like cancelling my order.

Somebody can help me?

THANKS!
(Pardon by the form to speak, but not to be spoken ingles well)

Don't worry, Digital WW is a good, honest company. Your order will be shipped, you are not being scammed.

Pudge thanks, but I do not understand because it does not respond the e.mail. I am not saying that www.digitalww.com is bad, I only say that the attention to the client is not good.

I hope that they respond to me sometimes

Thanks,
Fernando

It is true that sometimes Armen does not respond quickly. However, he has been having many problems with his manufacturers. Primarily with getting his motorized dash mounts produced. It is a one man company, and he gets an enormous amount of orders. Give him time.

Search a little.... this happens sometimes. He is a one man business and very busy.
Do not worry, he will get the order to you.

Hmmm, it's a one man company, you wrote emails to section of sales, AND THEN you wrote an email to Armen?

Yeah, this has been cover numerous times......
Sometimes there is a delay in receiving a reply to emails, but they are an honest company and you will not be disappointed with your purchase.

Heres a good way to try contacting them: 1-847-546-5822
