I saw pics of the new skyline in Car and Driver. Like a Z/G35.
Also saw pics of the new STi. Looks like a celica front.

New skyline's only a concept as far as i know.
From an aesthetic point of view, I quite like it actually...

You guys are lucky We in California have enough trouble importing out of state cars (different emissions, sometimes less catalytic converters, etc. good luck passing emissions with one of those)

Not a concept - there is one driving around Eastbourne that I saw a few weeks ago.
Isn't the new Nissan Z thingy badged as the Skyline in Japan - because that's what I thought this Skyline was until I noticed it said 'Skyline' across the light strip on the back.
Was a nice metallic blue colour.
Cheers,
Andy

The skyline is just the japanese version of the Infiniti G35. You will never see a skyline over here that wasn't specially imported, it is the same car as the G35. There are alot of tools out there that just rebadge thier G35s to skylines. The nissan Z is pretty much the same car as the G35 with various suddle differences, performance wise they are very close.
The new skyline is not a concept is has been out for a couple years already in japan, here feel the skyline, japanese language skills required. http://skyline.nissan.co.jp/
The Skyline GTR is a concept and will be a supped up version of the G35 / skyline.

The G35 does have circular tail lights, the lights are LEDs placed in a circular, but the red plastic is a free form shape.
The new G35 / Skyline looks MUCH better then the old skyline, I don't know what you people aren't seeing
My G35 has a carputer in it: http://filebox.vt.edu/users/cholbroo/g35/

Theres both a G35 coupe and a G35 sedan. I hate how the sedan looks and it looks nothing like the coupe except for maybe the headlights. They don't even share a single body panel.
Also anyone out there with a G35 who wants to put a carputer in, I'm selling my housing.

If you live in the U.S., and you want to own a Skyline that is legal for road use,
MotoRex is your, as far as I know, only option. They do all the EPA stuff. Crash testing, Emisions, Etc. Since they have the monopoly, Your gonna Pay. Exclusivity isn't cheap.
We want what they got, They want what we got.

The only thing that I see special about the skylines is that they are rare and overpriced. Ever since 2f2f came out, everyone wants one I'd rather take that money and buy myself 2 800hp Supras (although I am bias).
